It appears that this issue has been resolved. We will continue to monitor, but chat connections should be functioning as expected.

Investigating

We're hearing that customers chatting in through our support widget are not reaching our Care team. We are currently working with our provider to resolve the issue. In the meantime, if something is urgent, please contact us by emailing customercare@lattice.com.
