Our team has confirmed that this error occurs only when taking bulk actions on Step 3 (Employees) of Compensation Cycle Setup.
We encourage users to utilize the "Upload Eligibility" option as an alternate method of setting employee participant status for the time being as we continue to work on a full resolution.
