We have identified the root cause. The reminder notification feature in Updates will remain disabled until a permanent fix is deployed within the next several weeks. All other updates notifications are not affected. We will provide updates as they become available.

We have identified an issue where some users may have received multiple notifications reminding them to write their updates. Our engineers have temporarily disabled Updates notifications as they investigate the root cause.
