Resolved

An issue with our SFTP integration caused some connection attempts from Friday 7 July to fail. Our Engineering Team have been able to resolve this, however, any files sent to us between Friday and Monday will need to be re-sent to us.

Alternatively, waiting until the next SFTP sync will backfill any changes.
