We are no longer seeing any issues as a result of the resolution of the outage of our infrastructure provider. Our engineering team will continue to monitor our systems as we obtain more information from the infrastructure provider.

Identified

We are seeing holistic issues due to an outage with one of our service providers. Our service chat is also impacted. We are working with our service provider to return usability as soon as possible.
