Error when exporting review progress CSVs

Between 5 PM and 4:30 AM PST, an issue caused some reviews progress CSV files exported from review cycles to fail.

Our Engineering Team identified the cause behind this error and have deployed a fix. We will be monitoring this closely, and no further disruptions are expected.
